Excellent staff, especially night counter and morning counter. They worked together to solve my scheduling problem. I slept great every night. The beds were so comfy.

Pros: Great shower with good pressure and massage head, remarkable breakfast, comfortable bed, good room size, attached restaurant food was excellent, and a mini fridge to store our leftovers. Staff was very friendly.

The breakfast was fresh with a good variety of choices. It met adult needs as well as children’s likes. Much better than other free breakfasts I have encountered at other hotels.

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful indoor pool area plus an excellent complimentary breakfast. A top-notch steak house & bar is also on the premises plus there is also a rooftop bar. The hotel is within walking distance of quaint and historic downtown White Bear Lake which has some nice shops and restaurants.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Sean, it was a pleasure to meet you. The complimentary breakfast was good, we ate in the bar/restaurant a few times over our week long stay, the food was excellent. We would happily stay again.

The breakfast just fine---although, I always wonder why the scrambled eggs always taste SO terrible at hotel breakfasts? Perhaps they need to get away from the "pour eggs from a bag" method and make them from scratch. It's NOT that hard!!!

I loved the breakfast; I loved the room and I loved everyone involved in my stay. I loved the fact that the Owner actually was involved with socializing with the guest. I had an uncontrolled problem that financially put me and my wife destitute with our stay and we were pretty much stuck in our room, it destroyed any memories that we could have on this vacation. Once the Owner found out about my unfortune he made it possible for me and my wife to enjoy our last day with them. I could never thank him enough he is one of the most compassionate and understanding persons I have ever met. AAA+++

Rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was good and had a good selection to choose from.
